Sometimes we expect people to “guess” what we want, why not ask? Today I’m sharing some of the items on my Keto Wish List, hoping you will check it out and give your Special Someone, doing Keto, a little something: Great Keto Gifts.
I sent family and group message with things I would like to do and gifts that are on my wish list, just subtle “hints”, you know….
Keto Gifts
Some of the gifts on my list are general to anybody on a weight loss journey, on a pursuit of a healthy lifestyle!
So if your mom is doing WW, Atkins, Paleo or just like to eat healthy, this is still the perfect list!
Scale
Food Scale
A food scale seems like a splurge, but it totally takes the guesswork from tracking your macros which is an essential step to any weight loss/ Healthy Lifestyle effort.
Ours is a Stainless steel digital kitchen scale with widescreen LCD screen.
I love how small and easy to be put away ours is!
Scale
I love that ours use the Fitdays app to give us not only weight, but BMI, Fat and so much more and the price is sooooo affordable! Check it out: SCALE
Keto Support Apps & Memberships
I know most people that start Keto stop working out until they reach their target weight.
I reduced the intensity but never really stopped working out.
Some apps will help regarding fitness and Tracking Macros.
Here are the ones I use daily:
Tracking Macros
Carb Manager
Fitness Apps
I use my Apple Watch as my easy tracker which sends data to my health app and Strava.
I increased my weekly goals to 10,000 steps daily and 3 miles/day. Tracking helps me with accountability.
I also joined some challenges on Strava to keep me moving!
Strava
I love being able to import the activities from my Apple Watch, also love the challenges and connecting with people to raise the bar.
But not all my activities I see imported are added to my daily steps and miles so not sure why. I’ve messaged the app, but no reply.
Health App
I have all my activities loaded from my Apple Watch into the app automatically which allows me to track my goals and work extra hard to move my rings!
My current settings: Move 400 calories, Exercise 10 mins (because it doesn’t always track my workouts as exercise.), 10,000 steps and 10 hours move time daily.
I’ve lost 40 pounds so I feel my choice to continue to keep moving while doing Keto was a good one!
Keto Pantry Gifts
How about a Keto Gift Basket with keto pantry staples?
Here are some Keto items I always have in my pantry:
Gatorade Zero
Some days I don’t have a lot of energy, because I’m staying at 20 net carbs daily, so I drink a Gatorade 0, no carbs, no sugar, 10 calories per bottle. It gives me that pick me up to keep moving.
Keto Friendly Sweetener
I love Truvia or Monkfruit.
Make sure you buy fine & blanched almond flour, otherwise all your baked goods will taste like “sand”.
Dark Chocolate Chips
I love Lilys brand, unsweetened and you can use on baked goods.
Sugar Free Barbecue Sauce and Ketchup, click on the pic for purchase:
There are so many other ideas, like an outfit or workout piece a size smaller to encourage him/her or a gift card to a restaurant that serves Keto friendly meals, but the most important thing is to keep encouraging him/her to keep doing it!
Can’t wait to hear what you think about my Keto Gift Ideas.
I’ve lost 40+ pounds to date and couldn’t be happier with my Keto journey. You can read more HERE or grab some Keto Recipes HERE, I will be updating new recipes weekly .
