As you know I have taken some steps to build and expand my garden to ensure we have delicious vegetables and herbs for the upcoming months. You can also move your bed to a new position or turn your radiator down a notch to make your sleeping environment cooler. Tidy up as often as you can to keep the floor clear and surfaces free of clutter. This will also help to reduce dust, which is another cause of poor sleep.
