Have a great workout soundtrack
I have learned, as a Brazilian, that music moves me! That’s the basic recipe for the amazing carnival we have there!
So I use this recipe to motivate me to workout more!
Music starts with a good pair of headphones! I must confess, I love switching them, so I own a couple pairs, here are some of my favorite workout headphones:
I also subscribed to a music service which gives me the ability to set playlists with Brazilian Favorites and other great workout songs:
I dare you to listen to my Brazilian playlist and not start jumping right away!
I list songs from slow pace to upbeat and slow again, to avoid the need to keep looking for songs while I’m working out!
For me it works better if I workout at lunch time, right after I have a smoothie or nice salad or soup!
It gives me energy to get back to my work day and allows me to get the workout out of my schedule, because if I leave it until night time, it usually ends up not happening.
I’ve also increased my water intake, added some multi-vitamins and amino water to my daily nutrition habits.
I track my daily calories with an app, there are many out there, I recommend you trying some out, to find one that meets your needs.
Trendy Workout Style
I feel more inclined and motivated if I am wearing something I feel comfortable with and pretty!
So I bought a couple new workout outfits to give me that extra motivation!

I’ve also raised my game as far as sneakers!
I love grabbing new pairs and feeling how they fit and how I workout wearing them!
