I love pecans and enjoy baking Keto Cookies to keep them in a jar for an evening snack! Here is my newly improved recipe of Keto Almond Pecan Cookies.
Tips:
Sugar Free & Keto Recipes are all about the ingredients, so I wanted to share some of my favorites for this Keto Cookie Recipe:
Flour
I prefer the Blue Diamond Flour, I use it all the time and it is less grainy that others I’ve tried.

You can buy it here: Almond Flour
Sweetener

I usually don’t find it at the grocery store, so I order it from Amazon: Buy Swerve Brown HERE.
Super Important:
Do not microwave the butter, your cookies will turn out horrible! Make sure you leave the butter out to soften.
Add Ons:
You can add cinammon, sugar free chocolate chips or sugar free coconut flakes!
The sky is the limit!
I can’t wait for you to try one of my favorite Keto Cookie Recipes!

I love cookies that have a bit of nuts in them! Thank you for sharing this recipe.
Using pecans instead of walnuts provides a much better crunch for a keto cookie. Leaving the butter out to soften naturally makes the texture so much smoother than a microwave ever could. My evening snack jar is definitely getting filled with these.
Pecans always provide a better crunch than walnuts in a keto dough. Using brown sweetener is a smart choice for that deep molasses flavor. My cookie jar usually stays empty because these disappear so fast.
I just love pecans too. Pinning this so I can make this recipe later!
Good tip about chilling the dough before baking. I’ve had almond flour cookies spread all over the tray before, so that step probably saves a lot of frustration.
These keto almond pecan cookies look like the perfect blend of crunchy, nutty goodness and low-carb comfort. A delicious treat that doesn’t skimp on flavour. I love how you turned wholesome ingredients into a sweet snack that feels both satisfying and guilt-free, especially for anyone navigating a keto, low-sugar, or gluten-conscious lifestyle. Thanks for sharing such an inviting recipe. It’s definitely inspiring me to whip up a batch the next time I need a cozy treat.
I’ve tried kept eating before and I will admit I found it kind of tough. But it’s good to know you can still have something sweet/ sweet feeling x
I baked these today and they turned out really good. Crisp on the edges with a nice nutty flavor!
I wish I could grab a cookie right now. Looks amazingly delicious. Thanks for sharing.
I can’t wait to make these delicious cookies, can’t wait. I love that they’re keto, this is perfect. I will let you know how they turn out.
These cookies look so good. Will have to try making those with my eldest. We might try them with the addition of the cinnamon.
These look amazing plus, they have fewer calories because of the Swerve! That’s a dessert win-win in my book. I plan to make some soon.
These keto cookies look rich and crunchy. Love the almond and pecan combo for snacks.
My daughter would love these as she loves both almond and pecans and I know they would not last long
I can imagine that these will taste great. I want to give them a try this weekend. I am a big fan of pecan nuts, this recipe sounds very good indeed!
These are really good. I would have never thought a keto cookie would taste like a regular cookie. Great recipe.
These are so yummy! The flavor and texture are perfect, and I love no carbs!
I’ve never tried keto cookies before, but these look absolutely FANTASTIC! I’ve been craving freshly made baked goods for a while now, so this is the perfect sign for me!
These cookies look so good! I love both almonds and pecans, and will definitely have to give these a try.
These almond pecan cookies are delish and the texture is perfect. I don’t follow a keto diet, but I wanted to try the recipe anyway, and it is really good!
