My family lives in Brazil so our tablets and computers are the primary way to keep us together!
So now you understand why our family truly needs reliable and fast internet service, to help us stay connected!
I was tired of hearing my son complain about the game lagging or my Face-Time family time crashing all the time! Or even worse, the slow speed, when all the devices were connected at the same time!

It includes an Ethernet cable, phone cable, power adapter and 4 adjustable antennas. Download the Netgear Genie iOS app or Android app to manage, monitor and control your network from your compatible computer, tablet or smartphone.
Our slow internet problem was replaced by increased Wi-Fi speed for buffer-free streaming (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) and gaming (Xbox, Steam). Lag-free browsing allowed us to connect a variety of devices, without sacrificing performance. The router automatically prioritizes devices by Wi-Fi bandwith needs, or you can use the Network Map on the Genie app to manually prioritize.
Every parent worries about control when your child is online. Well, the router offers complete control: setup parental controls to block access to specific sites on certain devices. Plus you can restrict access by time (ex. Shutting off certain devices from Wi-Fi during dinner or bed times). Or set up a dedicated guest network, allowing friends easy access to your Wi-Fi while safeguarding the files on your devices.

Best buy is my always go to place for electronics! I have the netgear nighthawk and it works great! The speed and connection is always secure and super fast!

I’ve always had a really good experience with Netgear routers. I think my current router is a little bit too slow, maybe I should look into a gaming one. I don’t game, but I’d like to be able to not have lag or slowness when I’m doing all my blogging stuff haha!

Out internet speed is fine, but I think we do need to get us a new router. I’m going to look into that router.

I bought a signal booster from Best Buy for my house and now our internet is great. I always find what i need there.
We just upgraded our router because between mine and my husband’s computers, the kids’ iPads and our phone it was SO slow. I love Best Buy – it is about 5 minutes from the house which is dangerous…LOL. I can always find what I need when I go there.
It’s good to have a reliable router at home, especially when everyone can’t live without the internet. I’ve had complaints about our connection too , I guess it’s about time we started looking at new routers! Thanks for sharing your experience!

I just bought a linksys access point from best buy due to the terrible wifi in my apartment. As a person who also runs my business at home and on the internet it was 100% necessary. Best purchase I made in months!

That’s a fantastic review of Netgear’s router! Our wifi in our home is okay. When there are more folks online, then it’s slower than usual. I do my work early in the morning or at lunch break so I get no wifi competition 🙂
