All farm to table, bringing the best to my family but yet, having time to spend just sitting outside on my deck, entertaining, reading a book on a warm summer night!
We recently had a deck makeover and added new pieces to our favorite place to hang out in the summer! Do you like it?
I use Sky Organics Oils all Summer long in so many different ways. But today I will be sharing my favorite ways to use organic oils this summer:
Adding Avocado or EVVOO to remove carbs and calories from salads, avoiding salad dressings and balsamic vinegar. Check my Caprese Out:
Using Organic Oils for cooking to make my son’s favorite loaded nachos or adding a special kick to my guac recipe, we get the best of both worlds!
I also love just sitting poolside and enjoying fresh tacos with shredded beef cooked in avocado oil! Soooo yummy!
But my absolute favorite is creating different brown rice and noodle bowls and adding fresh ingredients from the grill, like this salmon bowl with brown rice.Coconut oil is a great addition to a glazed the salmon:

I like pan popped popcorn cooked in organic coconut oil. It just needs a dash of salt and it is perfect.

We use oil quite a bit in our diet. I’ll have to get check out Sky Oils. I don’t think you can ever have too much healthy oils in your diet.
