You know I live around the clock, looking for healthier ways to live my life. For me, it had to start with a healthier workspace. All of us want to work somewhere that can support not only our work but our health too, that is why coworking spaces are incredibly important for businesses who want to move around and not be tied to one place. You want to find your ideal coworking space that suits your needs, and I certainly want to make my personal working space something that helps me.
My work as an influencer and writer requires me to spend 10/12 hours sitting down writing.
I do take breaks, work out, but the fact that I sit for most of my days, at least five days a week, had been worrying me for so many reasons.

It refreshes my brain and resets my thinking – helping my creativity!
Gratitude is a beautiful feeling! Blessings come from a grateful heart! Start your day away from social media, refrain from looking at other people’s lives. Start your day dreaming about your goals, feeling the positive things which are yet to come – attracting them into your lives!
I even have a gratitude Jar, which I received as a gift at Oprah’s Favorite Things Event and write a note every day, before I start working.
It shifts my mood for better, always!
