I met With Linda Cannon, I was telling her I hit a plateau and that I wanted to do my own cleanse not starving, but in between meals. Her advice inspired me to do my own cleanse series which I am sharing every week, for five weeks with you!
Lemon Cucumber Peppermint Water
1 lemon sliced
1/3 of a cucumber sliced
5 drops of peppermint DoTerra Oil
I want to remind you how important it is to buy organic fruits and vegetables and a reputable oil brand, after all, you’re doing it to cleanse your body, not damage it!
I used my pitcher which is an infuser, great, so I don’t have the lemon and cucumber inside my water when I pour it, but I enjoy the detoxing benefits of it!
I’ve sliced the ingredients and placed them in the infuser container:
