Super Easy & Delicious Keto Pizza You Will Be Making Every Week!
- 1 1/2 Cups Blanched Almond Flour
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1/2 Tsp Xanthan Gum
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 2/3 Scoop Unflavored Protein Powder Make sure it's a low carb brand.
- 1 Tsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup No Sugar Pizza Sauce I love Hunts Tomato Sauce
- 1 Cup Good Mozarella Cheese
- 10 Slices Pepperoni
- 2 Sliced Black Olives
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil Melted
- 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning

Mix All The Dry Ingredients and Pre Heat The Oven to 350F

Add Coconut Oil and eggs and mix well

Lay out Parchment paper, add the mixture, cover it with parchment paper and roll it to be about 12" diameter.

Remove Top Parchment paper and roll the edges

Bake For 5 Mins, until Golden

Add Pizza Sauce, Italian Seasoning, Cheese, Pepperoni, Olives

Bake for 2 mins or until cheese is melted.
