7 mint leaves
2 cups of watermelon, chopped in large slices
Mix all ingredients and keep them cold.
Allow the ingredients to chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before drinking. Discard after 24-48 hours or when fruit starts to taste bitter.
You can get the daily recommended 8 glasses of water by drinking it throughout the day! I keep my glass on my desk while I work to ensure I get my recommended dose!
