I grew up in Brazil, eating fresh seafood every weekend, at least once a week. Since I moved to the US, I’ve tried to bring my love for seafood to my family and today I’ll share a super easy grilled seafood recipe.
Easy Grilled Seafood Recipe

Let’s start with the ingredients!
A great grilled recipe starts with….
Fresh Ingredients
Head to the farmers market for corn, herbs, onions! Let’s get started!
1 small onion sliced
6 potatoes cut in small squares
6 corn ears, split in half
1 Tsp of Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Tsp of Paprika
1 Tsp of Vegetable Oil
1 Tsp of Olive Oil
1 Small Smoky Sausage, sliced
1 Pound of Shrimp
1 Dozen of Clams
Preparation
PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 350F OR PRE-HEAT THE GAS GRILL

It is so easy, you will assemble it in 10 mins! Low Carb/Keto Options below!
- 1 small onion sliced
- 6 potatoes cut in small squares do not use this ingredient for the keto/low carb version
- 3 corn ears, split in half I use one half for one of my pockets
- 1 tbsp Tsp of Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 Smoky Sausage or Kielbasa sliced
- 1 pound Large Shrimp
- 1 dozen Clams
- 1 Tsp Avocado Oil For sausage only
-
PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 350F OR PRE-HEAT THE GAS GRILL
-
HEAT VEGETABLE OIL AND LIGHTLY BROWN THE SAUSAGE
-
COVER CLAMS WITH WATER, OLIVE OIL, SALT, SLICED ONIONS, COOK TO UNTIL TO THE BOILING POINT.
-
OPEN POCKETS AND MAKE SQUARES, FOLD SIDES AND FILL POCKETS WITH
-
Start by adding the potato and sausage and Add 3 or 4 shrimp next
-
Add half of a corn on a cub and seasoning to each pocket
-
Drizzle olive oil and mix of spices and cover
-
Bake it at 350F for 15 minutes or cook it on the grill for 15-20 minutes, until shrimp and corn are cooked.
Remove Potatoes and add corn just to one pocket if you are on a low carb/Keto diet. I eat one pocked without the corn and one with half of a corn on a cob.
Note: Pre-heating a gas grill or oven is necessary, so please make sure you start with this step!
Heat vegetable oil and lightly brown the sausage

Cover Clams with water, Olive Oil, Salt, sliced onions, cook to until to the boiling point.

Open Pockets and make squares, fold sides and fill pockets with:

Start by adding the potato and sausage

Add 3 or 4 shrimp next

Add half of a corn on a cub and seasoning to each pocket

Drizzle olive oil and mix of spices and cover
Bake it at 350F for 20 minutes or cook it on the grill for 30 minutes.
Add the clams and a lemon, minced cilantro if your family likes it. Mine doesn’t like, so I don’t add it.
Save for Later:

If you want an even easier version, remove the clams and just add all ingredients to the pocket and cook!
For a lower carb count, use a small corn on a cob & remove the potatoes!
