I have an awesome recipe for shrimp pockets which is always a Spring/Summer Hit! This is an upgrade to fit my Keto Lifestyle. Hope you enjoy my Keto Shrimp Pockets.
Keto Shrimp Pockets
Super easy, this recipe’s prep time is done in 15mins or less!
Easy and Delicious, this recipe will become a favorite!
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
- 1 package Extra Large Shrimp with or without shell
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sweet or smoked paprika
- 12 spears Asparagus cut in 3" pieces You can add more if you wish
Make Foil Pockets
Pre-Heat Oven to 350F
Add Shrimp and Asparagus To Pockets
Drizzle Olive Oil and salt, pepper and paprika.
Close Pockets and Bake It for 15 minutes
