While my son’s school hasn’t been closed, we have not been out of our home, in our attempt to “flatten the curve”. So why not take advantage of it and go out for a brisk walk or run?
We have a trail behind our home, so I decided to take advantage of mild weather and take a 2 mile mild hike there this week.

I know it sounds crazy to get aerobic exercise by cleaning and decluttering!
But when will you have the opportunity again to stay home with a lot of time on your hands?
