I’m always looking for low carb #TacoTuesday recipes. Today I’ll share one of the easiest Keto Hispanic Recipes I make: Keto Steak Fajitas.
Keto Steak Fajitas
Easy Single Steps In This One Pan Keto Meal:
1. Season The Steak & Cut it in 1″ wide Pieces
2. Slice onion and Pepper
3. Pre-Heat the Oven to 375F and add all Items to a baking sheet, on foil or drizzle the pan with baking cooking spray and drizzle the meat, onion and pepper with Olive Oil and Bake it until meat is cooked to your liking.
15 minutes Cook Time for well done
Serve with or without low carb tortillas, sour cream, and chopped cilantro. Eliminating the tortillas will significantly reduce your carb count from 6.5Net Carb per serving to 2.5 Net Carb per serving.
If you like salt and pepper on everything, pls add that to the onion and peppers as well.
Easy and delicious, this low carb keto hispanic recipe will become a favorite at your home.
- 1 1/2 Pound Flank Steak or Fajitas Steak Meat
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- 1 1/2 Pepper
- 1 Large Onion
- 8 Low Carb Tortillas
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp High Heat Cooking Spray
- 1 Tbsp Sour Cream
- 1 Tsp Cilantro
Season steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin to taste and reserve
Slice Steak in 1" wide tips
Slice onion and pepper in a u shape and season it to taste
Place all ingredients in a pan and drizzle olive oil
Pre-heat the oven to 375F
Bake For 15mins for well done
Warm up tortillas and serve with chopped cilantro and sour cream
Sour Cream and Cilantro are optional! Remember that one low carb tortilla has 4Net Carbs, so I limit my dinner to two tortillas and a generous portion of the steak and veggies. You can lower the carbs substantially by eliminating the tortillas.
