You know I fast and do a 16:8 regimen, which brings me to start eating around 11AM. Mid morning is my “hungry” time, but I have learned to feed my hunger with Easy And Delicious Keto Snacks!

Gouda
Mozzarella
Sharp Cheddar
Brie
Parmesan
I avoid fruit in cheese and cheese with any sweetness added to it, because you know that is not Keto Friendly, right?
Sometimes I add berries to a cheese board, or a sugar free jam, but not often.
Nuts

Nuts do have carbs, a lot of calories if splurged, but I just grab a handful, to give me that salty kick!
Plus, they are very healthy snacks!
Lightly salted cashews are a fave. I also like almonds, pistachios, macadamia & pecans.
Cold Cuts

salami
prosciutto
ham with no sugar added
Pepperoni
I use cold cuts for a mini board, on salads and on easy lunch recipes like zucchini cups.

You know fruits are a no no on Keto, right? Because most fruits have a lot of natural sugar and carbs.
Well, berries are not so loaded with carbs, if you just have a handful!
So I grab 4/5 raspberries, or cut up two strawberries or blueberries! No need to avoid fruits on Keto! It’s all about moderation!

Avocado

I buy green avocados or yellow ones which have less fat.
You can’t go wrong with avocados! You can add them to salads, toast, and then make a quick guac with crackers!
They are Keto friendly and sooooo good for you!
Hard-Boiled Eggs

Hard-Boiled Eggs are my go to lunch more than snack itself, but they are a great option for a snack as well!

Keto Yogurt

The only brand I buy and like is RATIO YOGURT with only 2 net carbs, but 200 calories per cup.
Sometimes it is my lunch and I add Ratio Keto Granola, 1 TBSP on top for a 4 net carb lunch!

Keto Chia Seed Pudding

The Keto Chia Seed Pudding is great for lunch, breakfast or snack. I usually make this KETO CHIA PUDDING RECIPE and use it 2/3 times. I put it in a mason jar and use it a couple times in different meals. It will last a week in the fridge and the Keto Chia Seed Pudding has only 4NET Carbs(minus the fruits).

You’re probably asking where can I buy some of these products?
I’ve always wondered where to find Keto products until I finally found which stores had some of my favorites, because I have not been able to find my weekly needs in just one place.
Here is my KETO Grocery Stores dos and don’ts:
Amazon – has all the products but it takes a bit for some products to arrive. Some products are larger and therefore, more expensive.
Aldi – has some products but not the ratio products. Prices are great and their Keto Bread is amazing!
Walmart- Sells the Ratio Keto Products, but doesn’t have the crackers.
I Like their version of Keto bread from Arnold and they always have low carb tortillas from Mission.
