Friday at my house is pizza night! So when I started doing keto, I went on a mission to find a tried and true pizza mix with a dough recipe I liked! Today I’m sharing my Easy Keto Pizza Recipe and a few things I learned when I made my first keto pizza.

The Keto Pizza Crust Mix was delicious and super easy to make!

Let me start by talking about the pizza mix. I bought a pre-made keto mix, as I was afraid of not being able to measure the carbs and having a set back when using a dough made from scratch.
This easy keto pizza will make your life easier and give you a delicious alternative to pizza night!
- 1 package Keto Pizza Mix
- 1 1/2 tbsp MCT Oil
- 1/4 cup Water room temperature
- 2 tbsp Bacon Bites
- 1 1/2 cup shredded mozarella
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 2 oz fresh basi
- 2 tbsp Rao pizza sauce
- 1 tsp Salt Salt to Taste
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
Pre-heat the oven to 375F
Prepare the crust according to package instructions and separate dough in two balls. I've added the garlic powder for taste.
Use parchment paper to roll the dough and make it flat
You can roll it as thin of thick as you like, I tried both to see how they tasted.
Bake Both Pizza crusts with no toppins for 10 mins
Remove and add toppins. I've made a plain cheese and Bacon and cheese pizzas.
Bake it for 10 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
