While my son’s school hasn’t been closed, we have not been out of our home, in our attempt to “flatten the curve”. Aerobic Exercise is a known anti-depressant agent.
Depression is a creeping thing that can catch us off guard. With how much concern there is in the world these days it makes sense that people would need help from medication or wonderbuds products to help them through times like this. However, some have found that exercise can help them too, so why not take advantage of it and go out for a brisk walk or run? And once back from it, you could maybe try smoking with the help of dab rigs from Freeze Pipe or other similar companies and see if that helps you relax. Of course, you should also double-check that CBD products are legal in your state to avoid getting in trouble.
We have a trail behind our home, so I decided to take advantage of mild weather and take a 2 mile mild hike there this week.

I know it sounds crazy to get aerobic exercise by cleaning and decluttering!
But when will you have the opportunity again to stay home with a lot of time on your hands?
