I’m going to start by telling you I’ve stayed away from Chia Seeds for a long time while on Keto. I had the misconception that chia seeds were a high carb food, such as oat meal and stayed away from it for almost 2 years!
But no more! When I started looking for Keto breakfast recipes on the Carb Manager App, I was surprised by the fact that chia seeds were not bad at all and they were a great option to add to my breakfast favorites!
Easy Keto Breakfast
You can check out a Keto Breakfast Recipe I love HERE. An easy and delicious keto breakfast strata!
This easy Low Carb Chia Seed Pudding can be made in just 5 minutes, but I recommend you leaving it overnight before eating.
The berries on top are optional, since they add a bit of carbs to the recipe count below, but you can swap them for a tsp of Keto granola, sugar free chocolate chips or a drizzle of sugar free chocolate syrup.

We tried doing keto a while back, but it didn’t quite work for our lifestyle. But I do have plenty of chai seeds leftover so I may have to give this a go to try and use some of them x

I’ve never tried it either! I am not sure if I will like the texture of it or not so I have been putting off tying this.
